Your sermons are already public on YouTube. This archive simply makes them easier to find and revisit: a searchable home for every message, the passages preached, and the topics covered. You stay in control of how visible it is, and the defaults are deliberately protective.
The archive is not handed to Google unless you opt in. Anyone with the link sees everything; the wider web does not, until you say so.
Your church can stay off the main directory and the cross-church search entirely, reachable only by its own link (or its own address, like jbc.example.org). Combined with the search-engine setting above, that keeps the archive effectively private to the people you share it with.
Full-text search across titles, Bible references, and what was actually said in the sermon. On by default, and can be turned off for your church entirely.
Browse sermons by theme (prayer, grace, marriage, and so on). On by default; can be hidden if you would rather keep it simple.
Full transcripts power search behind the scenes, but reading them page-by-page is not public. You and your staff can be given access; the public view stays off.
Any individual message can be hidden from the archive completely: useful for a sensitive topic, a guest speaker, or anything you would rather not surface.
A whole-Bible coverage map, the places mentioned, and a series index; each can be turned on or left off per church.
Lighter touches we like to experiment with, entirely up to each church: a Meals board that keeps the midweek supper menu and even guesses what’s likely coming up, a good-natured Wardrobe look at what the pastor wore each Sunday, and weekly puzzles built from the sermon’s passage. All off unless you ask for them, and easy to drop if they’re not your thing.
